1. Payments already made
Unless expressly agreed otherwise or required by applicable law, payments already made for the service are not refundable.
2. Cancellation
If a customer requests cancellation, Mercnix may schedule service termination at the end of the already contracted or paid period.
3. Access until period end
When cancellation applies, service access remains available until the end of the already contracted period, except for breach, misuse, security risk or a different agreement.
